Either your browser does not support scripting or scripting has been disabled.
If you have scripting turned off:
For Internet Explorer 5 or above:
click "Tools" on the menu bar and then select "Internet Options".
Select "Security Tab" and click "Custom Level".
Turn on "Enable" radio button under "Active Scripting".
Click OK, then click the Refresh button.
For Netscape 4 or above:
click "Edit" at the menu bar, then select "Preferences".
Expand "Advanced".
Check "Enable Javascript for Netscape".
click OK, then click the Reload button.
For Internet Explorer 4.x
Go to "View".
click "Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Change to the "Security" tab.
Select "Custom".
Click on the "Settings..." button.
scroll down to locate Scripting.
click Enable for Active Scripting.
Click OK, then click the Refresh button.
For Internet Explorer 3.x
Click "View".
Click "Options..." from the main menu.
Click the "Security" tab.
Check "Run ActiveX scripts" check box.
Click OK, then click the Reload button
For Netscape Navigator 3.x
Click Edit at top left of your screen
Go to "Options".
Click "Network Preferences..." from the main menu.
Change to the "Languages" tab.
Check both "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" check boxes.
Click OK.
